This is a very lovely wind-down stretch. The moves are not at all strenuous; they’re very gentle and light, meant to release the tension in your body before bed. Though the workout is short, it goes through a lot of moves. It does go by quick, since each move is only done for a short interval, but it’s still super relaxing!

What I love about this video is that it ends in corpse pose. What better way to get ready for bed than to finish in the most relaxing yoga pose ever? All in all this relaxing routine is great for winding down and helping your body relax whenever you need it.
