This is an extremely thorough total body workout! It starts in plank and moves through pretty intense ab workouts on the mat, then standing exercises using the chair. There are even pushups with your feet on the chair!
As you might expect, it’s pretty brutal! The ab section is particularly hard. The leg section is not so bad, but a certain degree of flexibility may make it easier. I was pretty sore in my abs, back, and butt after this workout!
This is a fantastic workout, but it’s also super fun. I felt so graceful and pretty while I did it. It felt like a real ballet class, which was awesome, since I’ve never done ballet before. Definitely recommended!
