Ease of Following |
This is such a cute and fun dance routine! Cassey choreographed it herself, since the song was composed for one of her own projects. You can guarantee this workout is 100% original!
The moves are super simple pop dance moves. They are easy to follow and easy to execute. Even if you’re not good at dancing (like me), you’ll have no trouble learning the moves, because there’s plenty of time to practice. She adds them into the routine bit by bit, and then you practice each one on its own before doing it as part of the choreography. Then, at the end, you get to dance to the whole song!
It’s so much fun, and, though it’s not intense cardio by any means, you’ll still get your heart rate up and you might even have a little sweat at the end of it. It’s definitely worth doing. Plus, since it isn’t intense, you can do this workout as a warmup and skip all of the boring jumping jacks and lateral lunges. Trust me, you’ll love it.
