Ease of Following |
This is a really interesting ab routine! Since Brett Hoebel is a known capoeira martial artist, the moves are all a mixture of calisthenics and capoeira. What’s also neat is that each interval is multiple moves combined together into a unique, flowy exercise.
That makes it a really fun workout! However, it’s a little hard to follow, because as you learn the moves, Brett adds more and more varieties of modifications, so it sort of becomes muddled, and you start to become unsure of what you want to do. Also, since the moves are complicated combination moves, one minute is, ironically, not enough time to get a really good workout out of, or even to master, each of the moves.
I almost wish the intervals were longer, but I don’t mind it too much. Overall I enjoyed how unique each of the moves were, and had a great time with this workout!
