Ease of Following |
This is a very beginner-friendly workout. The moves are basic and build up slowly and easily, so it’s super easy to follow. She also gives a super helpful explanation of form, especially about keeping the lower back down and keeping the core active, which is really important.
It’s really great for beginners, except for the last move, which is super impossible. It’s makes my thighs seize up! I really didn’t like that at all.
The other thing that bugs me, in general, about Jacquelyn’s videos is that she counts super weird….as in we end up doing way more than she says we will. I mean, I guess it’s not a bad thing…but nobody likes to be lied to! lol
In all seriousness, though, besides the last move this is an excellent ab workout, especially for beginners. There are only a few moves, but I still felt the burn in my abs. It’s worth trying, and hey! Maybe you won’t hate the last move as much as I did.
