This is a nice quick stretch. Unlike some of Adriene’s other short workouts, this one isn’t very fast-paced, yet, somehow it still hits a huge variety of moves. It’s a good selection and really gets the whole lower body stretched and warmed up, but it also moves the rest of the body too.
This is labeled as a pre-run yoga, but it would reasonably be a great warmup for any workout, especially one heavy on the lower body. By the same token, it would also work as a great cool-down stretch.
It’s not a difficult stretch, either, so it’s completely beginner friendly and will be effective for anyone. Definitely keep this one in your rotation!
