Ease of Following |
I’m sure this is not news to anyone, but ballet is hard! These moves really burned my legs and butt. There was a lot of squatting and lifting legs while at the same time trying be graceful, plus the actual act of squatting with your heels up is extremely hard. You’ll feel it in this workout!
That being said, this workout is super fun! I’ve done some barre before, but this video really felt like I was in a beginner’s ballet class, so it was pretty new for me, and I really enjoyed learning some traditional ballet moves. I was no ballerina, but I felt graceful and pretty doing them, and that was fun.
This video is easy to do for beginners and super simple to follow. However, I would caution you to avoid doing this workout if you have trouble with your knees or lower back. There’s a lot of moves that might exacerbate problems, so just be careful.
All in all, though, this is a great workout, and super fun!
