This ab routine is great because it has a wide variety of moves that target the whole abdominal region, so you could reasonably just do this video and hit everything if you’re short on time.
But in spite of it being short and dense, it’s a pretty tough routine. The moves are challenging, and, even though the reps are pretty low, they’re enough to make those muscles burn. They were definitely enough to make me want to quit!
I’m a bit of a weeny when it comes to ab routines so you might do better than I did. However, some of the moves are actually a bit challenging to do, so I don’t recommend this for beginners. If you are a beginner, do with caution; you can do it, but it’ll be hard!
As usual with Blogilates, this is a great workout. It’s tough, but fair, and I’m sure you’ll love/hate it as much as I do!
