My goodness, this workout is very hard! Don’t be fooled by the way it starts with roll-ups. It builds up little by little into a super difficult routine that really blasts the transverse abdominals. You will feel it!
To tell the truth, this routine made me feel a little sick, but I am also a sissy when it comes to ab workouts, so I may not be a good judge. However, I know for a fact that this routine is hard either way! If you’re a beginner, this will be a challenging workout; however you can do it if you go slowly and keep to the initial modifications.
Intermediate and advanced fitness enthusiasts: have at it! You won’t regret doing this workout. Except you will because it hurts so bad.
