This is a dynamic stretch, which makes it a wonderful warm-up. It’s pretty fast-paced, and it actually made me sweat! It really works well to get your muscles warm and ready to go for the rest of your workout, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a cool-down, though it would work in a pinch.
Overall the moves were easy to do, which makes this stretch accessible to almost any level. There are some lunges, so those with knee injuries will want to be careful, and there is also one move where you lie on your stomach and bend your leg over your back to other side, which puts a lot of (painful) pressure on the breasts (if you have any) and is actually kind of hard to execute.
That being said, though, most of the other moves are not too bad, so just switch the moves that are difficult for easier stretches, and you should be golden.
All in all, this stretch routine feels great, and is a wonderful way to warm-up for a longer workout!
