This is a great “wake-me-up” yoga routine. It’s less about stretching the body than it is about getting the body warm and the blood moving. The routine goes pretty quick, so there isn’t really time to find your breath and settle into the poses, but it’s designed to get the blood flowing to all the corners of the body, and it does a great job of it.
This video would make a lovely warmup for another workout routine, or a great way to get the body moving after a long day of sitting at work!
