This is a fantastic cardio workout! I usually expect Jenny Ford’s workouts to be pretty mild, but this one surprised me (she seems to be doing a lot of that lately!). It was actually pretty fun because I never knew what was coming next.
There are low impact modifications for all of the cardio bursts, which is great for beginner fitness enthusiasts or perhaps those with injuries. I did the high impact modifications and it had me sweating like crazy, but I think even the low impact moves will get your heart racing!
The great thing about this video is that it starts off easy and gets progressively more intense. There is a regular warm-up too, but the fact that it keeps building up is really nice. This is a very well-designed workout, and I highly recommend it!
