This is an absolutely fantastic yoga routine for winding down. It is a slow flow, with an emphasis on feeling your body and listening to your breathing.
Everything about this routine is basic and simple; the moves are not at all challenging, and the flow is easy to follow, slow, and gentle. It works extremely well for winding down! Do this flow in bed, and when you finish in corpse pose you’ll be ready to fall right to sleep.
It feels absolutely amazing. It is so nice to take time to just breath, and to gently move and stretch the muscles. It is one of my all-time favorite yoga routines, hands down. I can’t recommend it enough!
