This is a super fun cardio dance workout! The moves are easy to execute, even for someone who’s a terrible dancer like me, and they were built up into a routine that was also easy to remember.
I do wish that they had explained the form of the moves ever so slightly better, and that there was more practice for the moves that came later on, but I can’t fault it too much for that.
Overall, though, I really enjoyed this video! It has a nice warm-up, great dance content, and also a pretty nice cool-down. The cool-down is mostly focused on the lower body, so I recommend doing a little more stretching for the arms and back before calling it a day, since this workout does move the whole body. But overall, this is a well-rounded dance cardio routine, and a fun way to break a sweat!
