This workout is really difficult. Two of the moves are done in side plank, which is already hard enough to hold, never mind do exercises in. The other moves are not so technically difficult but they burn like crazy.
Two minutes is also a really long time to do these hardcore moves, so your muscles will burn by the end of each interval! And if you’re anything like me, you’ll probably need to take a break halfway through each one. That being said, Cassey does talk through it and gives some fabulous life advice, so that will help you get through it and forget the pain.
This is not my favorite video from Blogilates, owing to how much it burns and makes me want to die, but it’s a really great workout, and you will feel good for trying it!
