I loved doing this workout! The host, Raneir Pollard, is absolutely hilarious and so much fun to work out with! He’s very informative too; he gives lots of modifications, both beginner and intermediate, for each move, and tells you how each is supposed to feel and where it’s supposed to burn.
Since for me tabata has always been synonymous with cardio, it was kind of surprising to find an all-toning tabata routine. But this turned out to be a great workout! It focuses on slow, deliberate movement and good form, so it’s really effective. It also steadily builds up in difficulty, which is nice because you get a nice warmup before it gets really hard.
Overall this is a fantastic workout and absolutely recommended!
