For a five-minute workout, this sure does burn the butt! The moves are not difficult to execute, but they really work all the different parts of the glutes super hard. Between cross butt kicks, sideways pulses, and leg lifts, you’re going to feel it, and since it’s also super fast-paced, you even get a little bit of cardio in there. Overall, a well-rounded butt workout. (See what I did there?)

As always, Cassey pushes you super hard, but not so hard that your muscles get to the point of exhaustion, at least not in this video. And as always, she’s super encouraging, so you don’t want to give up (even though I definitely did).

Your butt muscles will be shaking, but you’ll thank Cassey for it, so this video comes highly recommended!
