This is a nice intro to Pop Pilates. The moves are not very challenging, so it’s great for those just starting their fitness journey, and Cassey reviews the form for each move so that you can get it right every time.
That being said, just because this is a beginner’s workout doesn’t mean it doesn’t burn! I particularly felt it in my hips and my butt. There is also a move that might not be good if you have weak hip flexors or sensitive hip joints, so just keep that in mind if those are issues for you. Otherwise, this is a great first Pop Pilates workout, or, if you’re a veteran, it’s perfect for reviewing the proper form.
One more thing I love about this video is that Cassey is, as always, so encouraging, and, as always, she picked great music to work out too. Pretty much a win-win in my book!
