Oh…my…goodness. This workout is absolutely brutal. That second move, the one in the screenshot? It will tear your arms to shreds. Not literally of course, but you know what I mean. It’s so hard that I could literally only do it for about five seconds at a time before I felt like my muscles would give in. This is not, by any means, an easy workout. Thankfully, it slows down a bit by the end and the last move is not quite so terrible, so you don’t have to go completely HAM the whole way through.
This is an absolutely fabulous arm workout, and I really appreciate that Cassey went to the trouble of making up all new moves for this video, since I often get kind of tired of doing the same weightless arms moves over and over again. I enjoyed trying this one out, but I might keep it for an “every once in a while” workout, because I like not dying.
Challenge yourself with this video! You’ll enjoy the new moves, and really feel that burn!
