This is a pretty quick workout; it’s only the length of a single song, so it shouldn’t be too bad, right? Well, you might be wrong. It’s done entirely in a narrow squat hold, which can be pretty exhausting for the booty and thighs.
That being said, the actual moves done in the narrow squat hold are not too bad, although the leg lifts will burn for sure. They work the obliques, too, so they’re a double whammy of a workout. Plus, if you hold your arms out like she does in the video, you’re bound to give those shoulders a workout, too.
The music for this video is nice, so just feel the rhythm of the music and enjoy the movements, and it will just fly by. I recommend this video as an addition to other leg workouts!
