This video is 12 minutes long, but there are outdated talks (about sponsors and other boring stuff) in the beginning, so if you skip all of that this workout is easily less than 10 minutes long.
It starts off with basic moves that are typically used as warmups in PIlates, so you don’t need to do anything else before starting this workout. Since it’s less than 10 minnutes long, it’s a quick workout, but it’s also effective and informative.
It’s intended for beginners, with plenty of information about form, but don’t you worry, advanced Pilate-ers, because it’s not easy! Or rather, I should say that the moves are easy, but they still burn like crazy, and I was really sore afterwards.
That’s why I gave it such a high torture rating. It will be especially bad if you’re a beginner (or if you’re a big weenie like me), and that’s why I didn’t have a whole lot of fun with it, but I appreciated that Cassey talked throughout the whole process, since she kept me distracted (more or less) from the pain.
All in all, a great, informative ab workout, suitable for all levels!
