Ease of Following |
This is an extremely basic arms routine. Everything is done in plank, but it’s all in a modified plank on the knees, so this is an excellent video for beginners. It’s also very slow paced, very easy to follow, and the host gives excellent instruction on form, so I can’t recommend this enough for beginner fitness enthusiasts.
Still, this isn’t an easy workout! I don’t consider myself a beginner, but I still felt my arms burning. Even on your knees, planks are brutal! The moves are pretty hard work too, though she doesn’t push you quite enough to feel like you can’t go on any longer. Still, my arms were tired after this workout, so beginners and those who are of average fitness will likely really benefit from this workout.
The cool down is just a minute long and is composed of basic stretches, so I recommend you add a little more stretches to help your body relax after working hard!
