Though this video covers one of the most basic Pilates moves, the 100’s, it shouldn’t be taken lightly! It’s a fantastic and challenging workout for the core. The last move in particular is brutal for the obliques! I couldn’t even get my body to do what she was doing, so it was a good challenge.

The video has drawbacks in that it’s not as high quality as other videos online, and the host seems a little bit uncertain of herself.

However, those barely make a difference to the quality of the workout and of her instruction. It is really easy to follow along and do the moves with her, which is great for beginners to Pilates,
