This is a crazy good workout, but it burns, oh boy does it burn! Be warned, at the end of this video she makes you do a solid two minutes of cross abs, and that’s right after eagle abs. It’s brutal.
The cardio is pretty intense too. You’ll be out of breath with just the first move, if you’re anything like me!
Cassey uses this workout as a warmup on her core days but this is a great workout on its own. You can probably repeat it three or four times and get a good sweat in, and be sore as heck after! Or if one time is enough for you, that is a-okay too. Try to stretch a little after to prevent too much soreness.
