This is a very basic video whose exercises are divided equally between abs and back for a total core workout. Jenny Ford makes it very easy to follow and offers modifications for even the most beginner of beginners.
For anyone above the beginner level, this video borders on almost too easy. There are some challenging moves that work the obliques, and the move where you go from plank to a back arch with a knee to the chest may be difficult for those new to fitness.
Otherwise, this video is a great introduction to gently working your core, or can serve as a good warm-up for more experienced fitness enthusiasts.
