This is a really fun dance routine! It’s a live video so the quality and sound is not super great, and there’s a lot of talking that takes up quite a lot of time…so much time, in fact, that the workout is actually only 15 minutes long.
In spite of this, I really enjoyed this quick cardio. The music is great, and as always Ashley’s energy is contagious. You’ll really enjoy it if you’re anything like me!
Some of the moves are slightly challenging and require a little bit of balance and some prerequisite strength, but otherwise this is generally a beginner friendly workout. And even though some of the moves are targeted to work the butt and abs, your whole body will be moving for sure!
Just be prepared to work out for only 15 minutes, in case you were looking for a longer workout.
