This is an intense dance routine! It’s just one song, but it will work your whole body pretty hard! There’s lots of hip shaking and body pumping, so in particular your abs and legs will be burning!
There is a section that has an advanced/high impact modification, which has you go down to the floor and dance in a sort of plank position. If you do that, then it kind of becomes tricky to look at the screen, and there are no vocal cues, so it’s hard to know when to transition between moves! That’s the only reason this workout doesn’t get full marks in ease of following.
Otherwise, this is a super fun dance workout! There’s a nice variety of moves, and the song is super catchy. There is one move in which you bend your knees over your ankles and drop down to the floor. If you are strong and you have good knees, definitely try it. But if you’re not, don’t! I almost hurt myself in trying to do it, so be careful.
Besides that, you will have an awesome time with this quick video, so definitely add it to your rotation!
