This routine has a ton of great stretches, and they all feel super nice! It’s not really your typical Yoga Flow, which passes from forward fold to the yoga push up to downward dog. Rather, it flows through lots of different poses to stretch the whole body with fluid movements.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, it goes through the moves so quickly that you just don’t have time to really appreciate each stretch. They’re usually held for no more than a few seconds at most, which is sad, because there are so many nice poses!
This would be a fantastic stretch routine, but unfortunately it’s just not long enough to be satisfactory. As it is, however, it makes a decent cool-down stretch, and a great way to get the blood moving when you’re feeling stiff or unmotivated.
