Oh my goodness this yoga routine is soooo relaxing. All of the moves are done lying on your back, and they feel so nice on your legs and butt. (Although the title says total body, all of these stretches exclusively target the lower body). The last move, in which you lie with your feet together and your knees apart, is held for about half the video. It may give you stiff hips, but it’s sooo good for opening them up!
It’s so relaxing that I almost fell asleep! Tim doesn’t use music or anything in his videos, so there’s a lot of silence, but that in itself makes it soothing. This is a fantastic stretch to do after a leg workout, or on a rest day, or even before bed. You will feel so loose and stretchy and relaxed that you will be glad you did it!
