Ease of Following |
This marching aerobics class is a pretty light workout from Jenny. Though her marching workouts are not generally strenuous, I felt this one to be particularly mild. There are some high impact moves in the cardio bursts, but even if you don’t modify them to low impact, you’ll only break out a gentle sweat. I actually felt like my mom, who is in her 60s, could easily do this workout!
This video is also great for beginners! It’s super easy to follow, because the moves build up slowly and with clear steps. She gives very detailed explanations of form, too, so first-timers can do this workout, no problem. There are some challenges for the brain, but nothing too bad, so I think, reasonably, this video is great for everyone.
Though this workout is light, it’s still a great way to get your heart rate up and your sweat on! This would be especially great to do on a day when you aren’t up for a heavier workout.
