This is a lovely dynamic stretch to get the body moving, especially in the morning, or after sitting for a long time. It targets the whole body and isn’t intense, which means it’s great to do when you’re feeling stiff. It would also make a great warm-up for a longer workout!
Some of these are pretty big movements, which involve swinging arms and bending forward. She offers modifications depending on your space, if you really are doing in them in the office. However, I honestly don’t think I would do these at work, especially because they involve bending over. I’d feel a little embarrassed, and they definitely would not do in a skirt.
If I were a hot-shot executive with my own office, though, I’d totally do this video! In any case, if you’re at home or you’re not self-conscious, or you are a big shot with your own office (and that’s awesome!), these are great light stretches, mobility movements, and dynamic exercises to get the body moving and the muscles warm.
