This is a very quick yoga stretch that focuses on the parts of the body that tend to hold onto our everyday tension. It starts with a nice breathing session, then moves into gentle stretches for the back and shoulders.
There aren’t a lot of moves in this routine, but it moves slowly and gently through them, which is so helpful for relaxation. Though five minutes is certainly not a long time, it’s enough to calm you down when you feel stressed.
I recommend this workout if you are having a difficult day, and you need to unwind but don’t have much time. It would be a really great way to work out some of the stress and tension that we all experience at work. I’d say it’s absolutely worth taking five minutes to do, even if you’re insanely busy!
