Forewarning, this video is not a routine: it’s only a demonstration video. But how I wish it was a routine! It’s a good selection of stretches, and would be so relaxing if they were allowed to be held for a decent amount of time.
But, the great thing about this video is that it is super informative! She explains everything in deep detail and really gets into the nitty-gritty of the stretches and what their benefits are.
Overall, I recommend this video as a review for stretches you can do, but don’t rely on this video for a nice, post-workout stretch if you really want something to cool down with.
