This is a great ab workout! It’s short and sweet and really fun, and actually, with the addition of mountain climbers and floor dances, you’re working the arms and shoulders, too, so it’s an all around great workout!
I only did this video once, and I didn’t sweat too bad. It’s not a very intense video on its own, and as such it might be a great warmup for a longer workout, especially an ab routine. You can also substitute the plank work for the standing moves to lower the impact, as she shows in the video, so it’s a pretty flexible routine.
All in all I really enjoyed this video, and will be doing it again!
