This is an absolutely fantastic ab stretching routine. Most stretches focus on the lower body, so it’s really nice to have something that attacks the abs instead, and this particular workout also has a lot of moves that stretch the obliques, too.
Some of the moves are a little difficult to hold if you don’t have really strong arms, as the host of this video clearly does, so that’s why I gave it a 4 in Challenge Level. But if you can handle holding yourself up in different positions for thirty seconds each, this is a fantastic stretch routine, and absolutely necessary to do after an intense ab workout!
