This is not a yoga routine, but rather a very informational video. There are two hosts: one who demonstrates the moves, and another who explains the proper form. While I was sad that it’s not a routine, this video turned out to be very informational, because it shows you various levels of difficulty for each yoga pose.

I wouldn’t exactly recommend doing this as a stretch routine on its own, since it doesn’t flow very well, and you don’t hold the poses for any long amount of time. But if you have some time, it’s great to learn the proper form of some really great, full-body yoga poses, which you can use later to create your own yoga routine.
