This is a really fantastic stretch routine that would serve as an excellent post-workout stretch. The moves aren’t anything new or unique, but that means they’re tried and true, safe stretches that we know are effective.

For me, they felt amazing after a HIIT workout. The stretches really loosened up my whole body and I felt properly cooled down afterwards. I also loved how soothing Denise Austin’s voice is, and how relaxing the music is. I could’ve gone right to sleep afterwards.

This routine would also be great to do even without a workout, because it’s so calming and feels so nice. Highly recommended!
