Toning, low-impact, advanced, arm- and back-focused Power Yoga workout by Action Jacquelyn
Length: 11 min 18 sec
An advanced workout using difficult yoga moves to work the arms, shoulders, and back. Much of the workout is done in some sort of plank.

This is kind of an unusual workout (for me anyway) that uses yoga moves to work the muscles rather than stretch them. It’s neat in that it sort of combines stretching and toning, so it might be great at the end of a workout (I personally think it might be too intense as a warm up).
What I love about this video is that Jacquelyn does an awesome job of explaining the form and how to do each move, and even explains which part of the body should be working.
That being said, I did label this workout advanced, because it really challenges you to move your body in ways that you normally wouldn’t. It’s really difficult, and as such is probably not very beginner-friendly. Also, it burns super bad in weird places, so there’s that too.
However, I really enjoyed trying something new and challenging myself with this workout, so I recommend seasoned fitness enthusiasts give this video a try!
