This is a really enjoyable, really quick dance workout for the legs and the butt. Ashley recommends you do this 2-3 times for best results, but since it isn’t a very intense workout, it would also probably work as a great warmup for other leg and butt videos.
It’s not a grueling workout, though it might be if you do it 2 or 3 times. I did feel my legs burn a little thanks to all of the squats, but overall the booty shaking and short intervals make this workout more fun than it is torturous.
Overall: recommended as an addition to your regular workout, or for a quick burst of activity!
