This fun belly dance workout is super easy. Leilah’s method of teaching you the move first and then adding it to the routine is a really great way to learn basic belly dance moves, and it’s really easy to follow.
There are a couple of difficult moves, like the shimmy and the one where you basically lunge down to the floor, but overall, the routine is very simple and great for beginners. This isn’t a very strenuous cardio workout, but it does get the body warm and the heart rate up, and it’s super fun, so I recommend it if you want a fast and light workout!
