Typically I find Jenny Ford’s workouts to be great ways to get moving, but not necessarily very challenging. This video, however, turned out to be a better workout than I expected!

For best results, I encourage you to do the high impact moves if you are able. They really get the heart rate up and really get you sweating! By definition the moves involve some jumping, but they aren’t really heavy on the joints, as far as I can tell. She also builds up to them gently and cools down immediately after, so even though the moves are high impact, they’re not too strenuous.

Don’t worry, though, the low impact moves are a nice substitute and can give you a decent cardio workout as well, so if you find it to be too much, don’t hesitate to tone it down.

I rather enjoyed this workout because, even though some of the moves were rough, Jenny never pushes you so far that you want to stop or give up. And yet, you will still sweat! Recommended for beginner to intermediate fitness enthusiasts!
