This yoga routine is all about balancing the left and right sides of the body. The beginning of the video has us on our backs stretching our glutes and back, and later we move to standing, focusing on hamstrings and glutes.
While a lot of the stretches are for lower body, the whole body comes into play for many of the stretches. Deep breaths are important for this practice, which makes it a very relaxing practice, though we don’t end with savasana (corpse pose). All in all, it’s a lovely, enjoyable yoga routine.
