Length: 18 min 30 sec

Leilah does a great job of breaking down the moves so you can learn how to do them, which is nice for beginners to bellydance and Bollywood dance. It’s different from taking an actual Bellydance class, though, because she moves fairly quickly, which didn’t give me a whole lot of chance to practice the moves before putting them in a routine.
This resulted in me flailing around during the routine like a chicken in a bathtub. Of course, you can always pause and rewind the video to do practice, but I like the extra challenge.
It is nice to have a routine to see these moves in combination, and to see how they mesh into a real bellydance routine. This is a pretty fun workout, though not a hard one, so if you’re looking for a simple way to get active, this is great!
