This workout is really challenging! It’s full of moves we love to hate, like jumping lunges and mountain climbers…and it goes full throttle at a ridiculous pace, so you will definitely feel the burn!

My heart rate was sky high and stayed that way even through the toning moves, so for me this was a particularly brutal workout. Also, the moves are pretty difficult and there are no beginner modifications, so this is really not for the faint of heart.

But if you’re ready for it, this is a fantastic workout for whole body….and you will love to hate it!
