Wow! Based on Boho Beautiful’s other videos, I did not expect this one to be so hard, but it was brutal! This is heavy cardio and the moves are pretty challenging. I thought I was going to die doing this, and I only did it once! I was seriously sweating and my heart was racing by the end. There’s also a lot of work on the shoulders, wrists, and knees, so this is definitely not a joint-friendly workout.

But if your joints are okay, I highly recommend you try this…if you do it twice several days a week, I bet you will see really great results! It’s a hard workout and not beginner-friendly, but it’s absolutely worth doing.
