This is a beautiful selection of stretches for the back. Truthfully, the moves really hit the whole body, but the purpose is to do a little back care, and it definitely works.

Some of the moves are a little bit challenging, but they feel sooo good. If you are a beginner, go carefully and maybe skip some poses you aren’t comfortable with. But if you’re flexible, you’ll really enjoy this stretch!

I felt my back release and I was all loosey-goosey afterwards, so this stretch wonderful. It’s great for after a workout or even after a long day at the office, when you feel stiff and sore from sitting at a desk all day. You will feel so relaxed after, I highly recommend it!
