This is quite a challenging workout for the arms and the butt! Some of the moves are easy, but some of the moves are really hard; you need a decent amount of strength and a little bit of flexibility to do them. There are some modifications, but not for all of the moves, and with some of those that she does have beginner modifications for, she doesn’t mention them until it’s too late, so this is not a very beginner-friendly workout.

That being said, this video is characteristic of Boho Beautiful’s style in that it intersperses stretches among the exercises, so it’s not a terribly torturous workout. But, with a burn level of four, these moves hurt, so don’t think this workout is going to be easy! You’ll be worked hard in this routine, but it will be very worth it.
