This Latin dance video is much better than BeFit’s other Fat Burning Latin Dance video. It feels bit more authentic, and has much more Latin flair to it. I may be wrong, since I am not of Latin heritage, but I think it just felt a little better.

This video does start in the middle of a longer workout, but it doesn’t matter as much because it’s pretty easy to follow. There are some mentions of moves as if we know them already, but they do show them to you, so it’s not hard to pick them up.

I really enjoyed this workout; I liked the moves and I think the enthusiasm of the host was quite contagious. This is probably a great video for beginners to Latin Dance, since it’s pretty easy to follow along with the routine. Try it and see how you do!
