This video is actually the middle section of a longer video that’s obviously a part of a series (that you probably need to pay for). BeFit does this often (to get you to want to buy the longer video), but it’s usually cut in such a way that you don’t need to have the rest of the video in order to follow along, though having the rest would be nice.

Unfortunately, this video starts smack in the middle of a set of steps that build into a routine, so you start with learning only half the steps needed to complete the first routine. It sucks a little because you end up not knowing what you’re doing.

On top of that, the video references a “step guide” which must be available to paid users, but we don’t have access to on YouTube. The host assumes that you know the moves already and jumps right into them without teaching them to you, so you’re kind of stuck just flailing around, trying to figure out how to do them.

It’s still fun, but you’ll probably just spend more time going “what the heck” than you do actually dancing, so it’s not the best of workouts. If you know how to dance, however, you might be able to make more of this than I did!
