This is a nice light dance workout! It’s not intense at all, so even though it doesn’t have much of a warmup, it’s fine to do without one. The workout is also super easy to follow; it’s composed of a variety of Latin moves that are built into a routine.

Since the host is the whitest of white ladies, I’m somewhat dubious about the authenticity of these moves, but as long as you don’t mind about that, this video is actually really fun. The music is lacking, but the movement is enjoyable, and the energy of the hosts is quite contagious.

This workout is great if you’re short on time and don’t want to do anything too intense! It can also be used to warm you up for a longer workout. It would be a fun, low-impact way to get the body warm and the muscles moving.
